At RepairManualsPDF, we sell digital repair and service manuals in PDF format. Because these are digital products delivered instantly, our refund and return policy is limited.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase in the following situations:
• The manual file was not delivered after payment
• The download link is not working
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• You received the wrong manual
If any of these issues occur, please contact our support team and we will either provide a correct file or process a refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
• You purchased the wrong manual by mistake
• You no longer need the manual after purchase
• The manual was successfully downloaded and delivered
Because digital products cannot be returned once downloaded, we cannot offer refunds in these situations.
